Strassel: The President Has a List - WSJ.com

Where are the ACLU, the mainstream media, and all those other organizations that claim to staunchly defend Constitutional Rights? These individuals, regardless of their backgrounds, their motives, and whether or not they are good people (judged by whom?), are private citizens exercising their rights guaranteed by our Constitution.

This conduct by Obama and his campaign is despicable and he should be called on it. Imagine the reaction in the media if this would be done by a Republican president. Oh that's right. We don't have to imagine. Just remember the media reaction to Nixon's enemies list.

We are supposed to have a government of laws and not of men, but Obama doesn't know that or he just doesn't care because he thinks he is so special and above all the rules that don't apply to him since he is so special and his intentions are good (judged by whom?) so the end (his reelection) justifies whatever means. Forget all that business about taking the Presidential Oath to defend our Constitution.
